Information on how to order, purchase and receive products during this health emergency.
Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, and our e-commerce business continues to operate as normal. Orders received during this period are being duly processed and will be given the highest priority when the companies resume production.
We have adopted smart working solutions that allow our team to work from home. Our customer service therefore remains available from Monday to Friday (9 a.m. - 6 p.m., GMT +2); you can write to [email protected], use the live chat option, or call +39 080 554 3553.
Of course! You can call us and order products on +39 080 554 3553. If you prefer, you can also write to us on WhatsApp using the same number.
We are currently trying to manage deliveries as promptly as possible.
We deliver worldwide. However, due to the current situation, delivery times may be longer than expected and delays may occur.
You can return a product as outlined in the relevant section of our website. Due to the restrictions relating to COVID-19, please contact our after-sales support at [email protected]. We will inform you of the process to follow during this period.
Upon receipt of the product, we will check that it is in resaleable condition and issue the refund for the entire order within 2 working days. For further details, visit the relevant section of our site.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. You can always exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, as defined in our 'Right of withdrawal' section.
Our couriers are aware of the safety measures and operate according to the provisions issued by the government. They will leave the package near your door to minimise contact. Should it be necessary to verify your identity, the required distance of at least 1 metre will be maintained at all times. We are currently not offering the option of delivery to a specified floor: it will be your responsibility to collect the package and bring it inside.
As reported by the WHO, the risk of a person with COVID-19 contaminating goods and packages is currently very low. Receiving products from areas affected by the virus is therefore considered safe.
